Advance Booking allows you to schedule shipments weeks or months ahead of time. Select your origin route (Bantayan ⇄ Cebu), pick your preferred departure date, and choose your dedicated driver. Submit the 30% GCash down payment within 24 hours to secure your reserved truck slot. You enjoy 100% full refund protection up to 5 days before your trip date.
Simply click the "Book Shipment" button on the navigation bar or home hero section. Choose between Regular Package Rate or Pakyaw (Wholesale) Rate, input your sender and receiver details, upload required shipping permits, and complete the 30% GCash down payment.
To lock in your scheduled dispatch and reserve truck space, a 30% down payment via GCash is required upon booking submission. Please note that once the down payment is paid, it is non-refundable. The remaining 70% balance is payable upon package release or delivery.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique Booking Code (e.g., PGT-ABC12). Enter this code in the Track Package section to view your shipment's active route status, key transit checkpoints (terminal staging, port Ro-Ro crossing, and en-route transit), and estimated delivery progress on an interactive map.
All official transaction receipts, complaint ticket resolutions, and cancellation/refund decisions are emailed directly to the Gmail address you provided during booking by our logistics admin team. Please make sure to check your Gmail inbox and spam folder.
Yes. Port regulatory authorities require valid shipping permits for agricultural goods, livestock, seafood, processed food, and commercial items before sea transport between Bantayan and Cebu. You must upload a scan or clear photo of your permit when filling out the booking form.

  • Advance Scheduling & Fleet Reservation: Plan ahead! Schedule departures weeks in advance, choose your origin (Bantayan ⇄ Cebu), and select your dedicated driver. Submit the 30% GCash down payment within 24 hours to secure your reserved truck slot.
  • Advance T-Minus Cancellation Policy: 100% full refund (₱0 fee) if cancelled 5+ days before departure. 30% Downpayment retained as vehicle holding fee if cancelled 2–4 days before departure. Strictly non-refundable within 24–48h / departure day (Typhoon, Sea travel, and medical emergency waivers accepted).
  • Regular 7-Day Cycle Refund: 100% full refund on Days 1–4. Standard ₱500 mobilization fee on Days 5–6 if trucks are already en route for island pickup.
  • Mandatory Shipping Permit: Port Authority (PCG, PPA, or LGU) clearance documents must be entered and uploaded during Step 1.
  • Cargo Claim & 70% Balance: Present your 5-digit PGT Verification Code upon delivery and pay the remaining 70% balance via COD.
